A fixed quote in writing.
Exactly what gets built, exactly what it costs, exactly how long it takes. One price agreed before anything starts. No day rates and no growing scope.

I build it.
Usually one to three weeks. It connects to what you already use: your calendar, your email, your booking system, your accounts software. Nothing gets replaced and nobody has to learn a new system.

I look after it.
A small monthly fee keeps it running and covers changes as your business changes. Thirty days notice to stop, and everything stays yours.

Do I need to change my software?
No. It connects to what you already run.
What stops it making something up?
It is not a chatbot answering from memory. Each job runs as a defined flow: a fixed sequence of steps, each one working from your own records, with a check between them. The agent carries out those steps rather than deciding for itself what to do next, and it works from your records rather than from memory, which is what stops it inventing an answer. Anything the flow does not cover stops rather than guessing.
What happens when it goes wrong?
It stops and hands the job to a person instead of pressing on. You get told, with the case in front of you, before your client notices. Putting it right is covered by the monthly fee.
Will it sound like a robot to my clients?
It writes in your words, on wording you have approved before anything goes live.
What if I want to stop?
Thirty days notice. The accounts and the systems are in your name from the first day, so there is nothing to hand back.
Is my client data safe?
It stays in systems you own. Every account is in your name, I take the narrowest access the build needs, and your data is never sold or passed to anybody else. What I can and cannot see.
How soon can it be live?
Three weeks from the quote for most first builds, and sooner for a single job. You get the date in writing with the price.
